- A Candidate must be a citizen of any above-mentioned Country.
- A Candidate Should not be a Citizen of New Zealand
- A Candidate must not be Enrolled at the university in New Zealand.
- A candidate should be applying to register for the first time in either Bachelors or Masters level at the University of Waikato.
